Social Money Inc. (“Social Money”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) respects your privacy and is committed to the transparent collection and use of personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide as a participant in the Beta Testing (the “Beta Testing”). We are sharing this Privacy Policy to provide you with information on how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your personal information.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we treat your personal information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Beta Testing. By accessing, using, or participating the Beta Testing, you are deemed to accept the practices described herein. We reserved the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect any changes in our practices.

Terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings as set forth in Social Money’s Terms & Conditions.

Personal information will be collected through your use of the Beta Testing. Such information can be derived from but is not limited to content shared on or through the Splash application, electronic messages between you and the Beta Testing website, or from your correspondence(s) with us (including, e.g., emails, texts, instant messages, etc.).

Information You Provide To Us.

Personal information that you provide may include, but is not limited to, your name; email address; cryptocurrency wallet address, postal address; telephone number; nickname; social security number; password; payment information (e.g., credit or debit card, cryptocurrency wallet address, bank account information, and other forms of payment); personal information that you include in Shared Content; social media information and login details; comments; photos; videos; Feedback; and any other personal information that you choose to provide to Us.

If you provide any information regarding a third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so by contract or applicable law, and that you permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

It is your decision whether to provide personal information to us, but please be advised that you may be required to provide personal information in order to use the Beta Testing and any beta services that may be offered through it.

Information That We Automatically Collect.

We automatically collect information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including: details of your visits to the Beta Testing (e.g., traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use in connection with the Beta Testing), information about your computer and internet connection such as your internet protocol address, internet service provider, operation system, and browser type.

We additionally use cookies and other technologies that automatically collect information about you and your interaction with the Beta Testing. Please refer to the Cookies and Other Technologies Section for more information.

Information That We Receive from Third Parties and Other Sources.

In addition to the personal information that you provide to us, we may receive personal information from third parties and other sources, including publicly available sources, third-party analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), and other third parties.

We may also disclose your personal information if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Social Money, its affiliates, you, or others and/or to comply with a court order, subpoena, legal process or applicable law, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

How We Store and Protect Your Information.

The protection of your personal information is important to Us. We use a variety of security measures to protect your personal information. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask that you not share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out personal information especially where such information is publicly available.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although We do Our best to protect your personal information, We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Site. California Privacy Rights.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of the Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding Our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California residents are given a right to know about the personal information that a business collects and shares. The CCPA also gives California residents a right to delete, opt-out of the sale of their personal information, and a right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights under the CCPA. Social Money neither sells the personal information of the Site’s users nor does it discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: gm@splashcrypto.com. However, please know We do not currently sell personal information triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

Minors.

The Beta Testing is not intended for anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. No one under age eighteen (18) may provide any personal information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under eighteen (18), do not use or provide any information on the Site or through any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to Us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If We learn We have collected or received personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) without verification of parental consent, We will delete that information. By deleting your personal information your user account, if applicable, may also be deleted.
